At Terracon, your military service skills are valued and provide a great roadmap to set you on a path to success. Systems are in place to support your transition, linking your military experience to a civilian career that fits you.
We support the Department of Defense’s SkillBridge program, which allows military members to transition from service to job shadow in a civilian company for up to six months before their end-of-service date.

VetNet: Our veteran employee resource group
The mission of VetNet, our Military Veteran Employee Resource Group (ERG), is to foster a better understanding of the value and skills military veterans bring to the workplace and create an increased sense of belonging for veteran employee-owners. From mentorship programs to community partnerships, you’ll find support, resources, and a feeling of connection.
What can members of VetNet expect?
Our VetNet members can look forward to joining a strong community of fellow veterans and allies who are passionate about advocacy and support, share similar experiences and values, and are invested in personal and professional development. Upon joining Terracon, you will be assigned a veteran "battle buddy” who will help you navigate your transition to Terracon and familiarize yourself with your new company.
VetNet members engage in social events and volunteer activities that support and celebrate military-related causes and heritage, fostering deeper connections within our community and enriching our shared experiences.
Veteran organization partnerships
The veteran community extends beyond Terracon. We partner across the country with organizations that have the largest impact. These include the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), RecruitMilitary Career Fairs, the American Legion, and Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW).
Community outreach efforts
Our offices and VetNet chapters are active in their local communities to help support service members at home and on active duty. These partnerships include community food bank drives, Military Funeral Honor Guard Assistance, and Toys for Tots.
