Committed to belonging
At Terracon, our Guiding Behaviors call on each of us to commit to inclusion, treat everyone fairly and respectfully, and speak up for ourselves and others. These aren’t just words — they’re how we build trust, collaborate effectively, and appreciate each other’s talents so we all can do what we do best.

Inspired to explore
We know inclusion is an ongoing journey, and we hold each other accountable to continue learning, adapting, and growing. We prioritize improving our practices, programs, and behaviors to help each employee-owner grow and thrive.
Getting connected, getting involved
Ready to find your (Terracon) people? Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide support and networking opportunities across employee-led communities. ERGs play an important role in career development, mentorship, advocacy, and celebrating the diverse interests and experiences of our employees. There is always something exciting happening in our ERGs, from local coffee hangouts to companywide calls hearing personal stories from leading professionals that stretch our understanding and challenge us to learn, grow, and connect.

Chair, President, and CEO

“An important part of who Terracon is as a company is our culture of care and concern. This started with safety but has grown well beyond that. Our offices should be a safe place in all aspects – everyone is entitled to be treated with respect, feel included, and be comfortable bringing up concerns.
At its most fundamental level, care and concern are based on how we treat others – we should always aspire to treat others the way they wish to be treated.”
