General Responsibilities:
Terracon is seeking an Oracle AI Agent Studio Developer to help design, build, and deploy AI-powered business solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, functional leads, solution architects, and application teams to create intelligent agents, multi-agent workflows, and agentic applications that improve employee productivity, automate business processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, Oracle AI Agent Studio, Generative AI technologies, workflow automation, integrations, and enterprise business processes across ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, or CX.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
AI Agent Development
- Design, configure, and deploy Oracle AI Agents using Oracle AI Agent Studio.
- Customize Oracle-delivered agent templates to meet business requirements.
- Develop custom AI agents, agent teams, and agentic workflows.
- Configure agent instructions, tools, topics, prompts, and knowledge sources.
- Build no-code and low-code agentic applications using natural language and visual workflows.
Agent Orchestration & Automation
- Design multi-agent solutions using Supervisor/Worker and workflow-based patterns.
- Implement human-in-the-loop approvals and decision points.
- Create end-to-end business automation across Oracle Fusion applications.
- Enable cross-functional business processes using collaborative agent teams.
Integrations
- Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion business objects.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, MCP connectivity, and external systems.
- Configure document repositories, RAG knowledge sources, and enterprise content.
- Extend agent capabilities using custom tools and external services.
Testing & Monitoring
- Perform agent testing, validation, debugging, and optimization.
- Monitor agent performance, accuracy, and ROI.
- Analyze agent telemetry, tracing, and evaluation metrics.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement continuous improvements.
Security & Governance
- Configure security roles and access controls for AI Agent Studio.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and AI policies.
- Support auditability, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
- Participate in architecture and design reviews.
Collaboration
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, and Integration teams.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI agent development.
Support AI adoption initiatives and innovation workshops.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience developing AI, automation, digital assistant, chatbot, or workflow solutions.
- Experience with Oracle AI Agent Studio or similar AI agent platforms.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM, PPM, or CX modules.
- Experience with REST APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and agentic architectures.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or cloud-based application development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle AI Agent Studio Foundations Certification.
- Oracle Fusion technical development experience.
- Experience with:
- Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Vector databases
- Prompt engineering
- Multi-agent systems
- AI orchestration frameworks
- OCI AI Services
- Python development
- Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience building AI solutions for ERP, HCM, Procurement, Finance, or Project Management processes.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI principles.
