Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Perform tests and sampling of environmental materials including air sampling, (Asbestos, Lead, Radon). May assist with asbestos, mold, asbestos surveys and abatement projects. Assists in writing service reports and remediation work plans.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs basic tests as directed using well-defined procedures
• Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.
• Drive a vehicle such as a Ford F-150 or equivalent.
• Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
• Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Recommended 1-2 years of relevant experience or the equivalent in training and related experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Required Certification:

• Certification in field of expertise preferred but will train if necessary.
