The Receptionist (Administrative Assistant I) is responsible for creating a positive first impression for our company. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. This role is vital in maintaining a well-organized and efficient front office, contributing to the overall success of our Raleigh operations.
Priority job duties:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring a prompt and courteous response.
- Greet and assist visitors, offering guidance and a warm welcome to our office.
Secondary job duties:
- Manage and maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area and break room.
Keep track of office supply inventory and orders as needed.
- Assist with scheduling conference rooms for meetings and appointments.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Ensure the reception area is presentable and represents the company's brand.
- Handle mail distribution and package deliveries.
- Perform other clerical tasks as directed.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
