We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our training programs. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support, gain hands-on experience in our learning management system, communicate across the organization, and even get creative with light video editing. If you are organized, tech-savvy, and have a knack for engaging with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administering the LMS, including enrolling employees in training, course and class building, testing, and generating reports.
  • Build relationships with our internal facilitators and producers, assisting in training them and supporting their virtual or in person classes.
  • Be a resource for regional HR team, building a relationship and creating a best at people experience.
  • Create communications to facilitators and participants regarding session details, reminders, and follow-ups.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information related to training programs or systems.
  • Create training job aids related to employee development programs, systems, and internal client projects.
  • Edit virtual training videos for employee development programs.
  • Train employee facilitators on basic video editing skills using Microsoft tools.
  • Maintain and edit intranet page, following a template and gathering analytics.
  • Project Management for Instructional Design team on larger projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree in business administration or related field and 3 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 5 years’ related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
