Terracon’s Total Rewards team is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to help improve our HR systems and employee experience through innovation, automation, and strong partnership. •Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, aligning HRIS capabilities with business and HR strategy.
•Act as an escalation point for complex system and data issues.
•Manage HRIS-related projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
•Participate in quarterly release management, including impact analysis, regression testing, and deployment of new features.
•Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls impacting HR systems.
•Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Recruiting, Benefits, and Compensation.
•Partner with IT to configure system configuration, security roles, and data integrity controls.
•Perform mass data updates using HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HSDL.
•Write functional specification requirements and complete end-to-end system testing to ensure functionality and compliance.
•Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and trends.
•Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and system integrity.
•Partner with IT, Finance, and third-party vendors to manage system integrations.
•Provide Tier 2/3 production support and resolution of complex technical issues.
•Develop and maintain system documentation, business process workflows, and training materials.
•Deliver training and guidance to HR users and stakeholders.
•Special analysis and other projects may be assigned.
•Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
•Maintain quality standards on all projects.
•Perform other duties as assigned.
•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 7 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 11 years’ experience.
•Subject matter expertise in one or more HR platforms and capabilities including Oracle Fusion Cloud, MarketPay, and Qualtrics.
•Expert level Excel skills. Access skills preferred.
•Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
