The Corporate Building Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising-coordinating large-scale meetings at the Corporate office, supervising support roles of meeting coordination, building administration roles, and developing support roles with our part-time team members from Johnson County Developmental Supports (JCDS). Liaison with building management company and various internal teams. This is a hybrid position, Monday remote, Tuesday-Friday in-office, coordinating with Corporate Administrative Manager.

We are looking for a resourceful, dedicated, take ownership professional to collaborate with all levels of employee owners and outside vendors and partners.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Back up support for meeting coordinator to ensure meetings held at Corporate office appear seamless, well managed.
  • Scheduling tasks with our part-time JCDS team members and developing their skills and interests in coordination with their JCDS job coaches.
  • Organizing back up for PTO, call-ins, multiple meetings, scheduling issues.
  • Update processes with growth.
  • Liaison-Terracon Corporate representative for internal events, meetings, activities.
  • Follow safety rules, guidelines, and standards for all aspects of building facilities.
  • Manage weekly meetings with all involved in future meeting support.
  • Responsible for maintaining quality standards of Corporate office and creating solutions.
  • Foster and grow internal and external relationships for continued support of Terracon.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, previous supervisory experience a plus or in lieu of degree, minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented, and time management.
  • This position requires judgment and initiative and is expected to balance a heavy workload with competing tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
