Perform various administrative tasks to ensure efficient and effective performance of the department’s administrative task. Create and maintain documents, compile reports, and manage, store, and disseminate information. Facilitate department activities by managing meeting calendars and making travel arrangements. This role functions in a team environment.
- Under general supervision, provide moderately complex administrative tasks to support a department.
- Schedule meetings updating meeting and agenda information as needed
- Compose, prepare, edit and proofreads letter, report, and other correspondence. Create or update routine and non-routine spreadsheets.
- Analyze basic problems to compile and analyze data and prepare reports.
- Arrange travel and updates department calendar through coordination of day-to-day activities with leadership.
- Maintain files of correspondence, reports, records and/or contracts.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
