Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support project execution by scheduling staff and resources, managing project documentation, tracking deliverables, and serving as a central point of communication. Ensure projects are staffed efficiently, information flows accurately, and clients receive consistent, high‑quality service.
Essential Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch appropriately trained employees and equipment to project sites.
- Manage incoming service requests and prioritize projects based on urgency, scope, and schedules.
- Support project coordination activities including scheduling, document control, tracking timelines, and monitoring deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates to project/program leaders, including status, timelines, and coordination of financial or administrative inputs.
- Assist with project quality, consistency, and client communications to ensure a positive client experience.
- Follow safety guidelines, participate in pre-task planning, and report safety concerns.
- Maintain quality standards across all projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in dispatching, administration, or project coordination.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, and general business technology.
- Strong time management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate degree in project management, business management, or human resources.
- Completion of Terracon IIF Safety Leadership and Resource Manager training within one year of role entry.
