Build better buildings—and your career.
Join Terracon’s Facilities Consulting team to solve real world mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) challenges in the built environment. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with consultants who pair smart engineering with state of the art tools, and you’ll have a dedicated mentor to accelerate your technical growth and help you navigate consulting as a profession.

  • Structured learning plan — planned activities, regular feedback, and real client work so you finish the program with practical skills and a strong network

  • A clear view of consulting engineering: how we serve clients, scope work, and deliver value beyond design.

You are

  • Currently enrolled in a civil, architectural, construction engineering, construction science, or similar program (BS/BA track).

  • Curious, collaborative, and ready to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
