SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WANT:
10+ Years’ Experience
Professional License required, Professional Engineer preferred. Will consider Landscape Architect or other qualified certification.
National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) program permitting
Local, State (PA DEP, MDE, etc.), and Federal (EPA, FEMA, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers) land planning regulations and permitting
Stormwater management design and modeling for volume control and water quality (pollutant reduction)
Site grading, erosion and sediment pollution control plans
Technical writing including specifications, standard operating procedures, and/or ordinances development
Compliance inspections
Project management skills for achieving milestones and deadlines
Proficiency in client relationships and meeting facilitation
Proficiency in use of software for drafting, presentation, and routine office administrative tasks
Grant writing is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communications skills required
Willing and able to perform occasional travel and overtime

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 8-11 years’ experience.
- Master’s degree in Engineering preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.
