General Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Northeast Division marketing team across marketing research, proposals, conferences, presentations, and content development. This role offers hands‑on experience in AEC industry marketing while working closely with both client development and technical staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting with Northeast Division prequalification and statement of interest packages.
- Researching project and client‑specific capital improvement plans to support strategic pursuits.
- Gathering and tabulating data for team review, preparing information for written reports and assisting with summary writing as needed.
- Assisting in summary writing and report preparation, as directed.
- Providing administrative and production support for marketing deliverables.
- Supporting with proposal forms, presentation formatting, and other marketing and communication materials and organization.
- Supporting the overall organization and workflow of the marketing function.
- Updating master employee resumes, project descriptions, and related materials for proposal use.
- Proofreading, editing, and formatting marketing materials.
Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain and reinforce consistent quality standards across all marketing deliverables.
- Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and project-specific standards; participate in pre‑task planning and report safety concerns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current college student.
- Minimum 0–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent training/related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.
- Strong writing, editing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.

Preferred Experience
Previous environmental and/or market research experience is preferred.
