We are seeking a resourceful, passionate, and dedicated marketing professional with a growth mindset to assist our Northeast Division marketing team. You will have the opportunity to learn from and grow and collaborate with outstanding technical, marketing, and client development professionals within the division. General Responsibilities:
The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to the marketing team with planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs; maintaining proposals, presentations, and other marketing and communication materials; and coordinating events and logistics. Must prioritize his/her work, be deadline-driven, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Is responsible for the overall organization of the marketing department.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to the marketing and client development staff, including qualification statements, proposal development forms and presentation formatting, research, and material gathering and organization.
  • Maintains files and records for marketing materials, including annual updates to master employee resumes, project descriptions, and related data for use in the company's proposals and qualifications statements.
  • Coordinates and tracks registrations, conferences, sponsorships, memberships, and events.
  • Assists in proposal close-out process.
  • Organizes marketing libraries, including marketing collateral, references, photography, etc.
  • Assists with marketing campaign activities.
  • Is responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.

Qualified candidate must have the following education and experience:
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of three years of marketing and communication experience in the AEC industry.
• Thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling, and composition.
• Strong writing, editing, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Proficient with social media platforms, such as LinkedIn.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or marketing.
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing and communication experience in the AEC industry.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

Preferred Certification:
  • Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM)
