- Perform field diagnostics, engineering analysis, and calculations for structural projects.
- Design and develop plans and specifications for structural engineering projects.
- Observe and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Prepare and review reports related to structural engineering services.
- Review drawings and provide recommendations to ensure compliance with structural requirements.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and consultants.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices in structural engineering.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
- Ensure health and safety standards are met on all project sites.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering consulting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Proficiency in using structural analysis software and relevant design tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
