We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team and contribute to a wide range of projects. - Conduct field investigations and assessments of building enclosures, including roofs, walls, fenestration, and foundations.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify performance issues and potential solutions.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation, including repair recommendations and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop and implement repair strategies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to building performance and sustainability.
- Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Professional registration as an Architect (RA) or the ability to obtain registration within a specified timeframe.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural practice, with a focus on building performance and investigations.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations related to building enclosures.
- Proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field work as required.
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
