- Perform on-site inspections, testing, and data collection, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed reports, including data analysis and interpretation, to support project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with senior engineers and consultants, contributing to the successful delivery of projects.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any queries or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient testing protocols and procedures.
- Conduct field investigations, offering recommendations for repair and maintenance to enhance building performance.
- Support the project team in delivering exceptional consulting services, meeting client expectations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in building technologies, contributing to our team's knowledge base.
- Travel to project sites as needed, ensuring efficient and safe work practices during site visits.
Requirements:
- A diploma or some time in higher education for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or construction environment, showcasing practical expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, including enclosure, MEP, and structural elements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills, enabling effective communication of project findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client interactions and collaboration.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project work, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools for data collection and analysis, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing for innovative solutions to project challenges.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring high-quality outputs and client satisfaction.
