- A diploma or some time in higher education for Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a consulting or construction environment, showcasing practical expertise.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, including enclosure, MEP, and structural elements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding.
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis, and interpretation skills, enabling effective communication of project findings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive client interactions and collaboration.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for project work, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with industry software and tools for data collection and analysis, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, allowing for innovative solutions to project challenges.
