Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Project Manager for facilities‑related projects involving:
- Roofing systems (low‑slope and steep‑slope)
- Building enclosure components (walls, flashings, air and vapor barriers)
- Waterproofing systems (below‑grade, foundations, plaza decks, and podiums)
- Plan, execute, and track project tasks, schedules, and deliverables
- Develop and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and change management
- Review and manage:
- Contractor submittals for compliance with project documents
- Requests for Information (RFIs) and coordinate responses with internal and external stakeholders
- Pay applications, including verification of quantities, percent complete, and recommendations for approval
- Provide construction phase services, including field observations, quality control, and coordination with contractors
- Lead and support field teams, ensuring work aligns with project requirements, safety standards, and schedules
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal technical staff to ensure successful project delivery
- Support closeout activities, including documentation review and final reporting
- Experience managing commercial (non‑residential) facilities projects
- Demonstrated experience with roofing, building enclosure, and waterproofing systems
- Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and construction administration processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience leading teams in the field and coordinating with contractors
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- IIBEC certifications (e.g., RRC, RRO, RWC)
- Experience with facilities condition assessments, capital planning, or remedial construction support
