• PSM and General Industry Compliance Auditing
• Process Hazard Analysis
• Management of Change
• Risk Management Plan
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• OSHA General Industry requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to proactively apply problem-solving skills to meet client objectives. In this position, you will serve as a member of a team providing consulting services in all aspects of PSM, including process hazard analysis (PHA) facilitation, conducting PSM and Risk Management Program (RMP) audits, developing and implementing PSM programs and individual PSM program elements, gathering and evaluating PSI data, and other specialized areas of PSM.

You will perform audits, manage projects, prepare reports and other deliverables following company standards. An important aspect of this position is to develop client relationships as an educational and technical resource. resource.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct third-party Compliance Audits for a variety of PSM and/or RMP-covered processes
Support development and implementation of PSM and RMP programs for clients
Facilitate or participate in Process Hazard Analyses and revalidations
Ability to clearly communicate technical aspects to a broad client base
Update process safety information, such as maximum intended inventory, safe operating limits, and heat and material balances
Ability to define problems and implement effective solutions
Understanding of risk management using process safety tools and technologies
Advocate for good safety and environmental practices
Ability to travel to client sites within the United States
Comply with all company and client safety procedures that govern the work being performed

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety or Engineering (Chemical preferred) or other EHS-related discipline.
Experience developing and/or maintaining PSM programs.
Demonstrated strong technical writing ability.
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history
