Job Description
The Executive Services team at Terracon’s Corporate office is searching for an intelligent, motivated, reliable, and professional self-starter to provide exceptional administrative support to multiple executives, including our CEO. Candidate must demonstrate exemplary client service as a representative of both Terracon and those individuals whom the role supports. The ideal candidate will possess sound judgment and a willingness to be a team player. This role requires expert abilities with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams. Attention to detail and the ability to work with distractions are imperative to success in this role. Half of this full-time role will require researching complex travel options/routes, conducting calendar scheduling, and independently completing a variety of special projects for the CEO. The other half of this role will be spent providing administrative and hospitality support (meeting preparation) as a member of the Executive Services team. This role will report to the Corporate Administrative Manager. Exceptional organizational skills to support different executive styles will contribute to the success of this position. It is imperative for this role to exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment as well as the capability of handling complex information requests working with other Corporate departments. Some of the additional responsibilities include: assembling and analyzing information, preparing reports, presentations, manuals, agendas, and correspondence, calendaring meetings and travel arrangements, processing expense reports and invoices, and coordinating day-to-day activities.
