Job Description
General Responsibilities:
Support and provide guidance to Operations on a functionality specialty, practice area or operational segment. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource. Provide direction on policies/programs and training.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for partnering with offices to further the development of a functional specialty or operational segment in a region or division.
- Provide guidance, oversight and expertise on an area of specialty.
- Develop and recommend policies, practices and procedures in specialty area.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, resource and point of contact to office personnel within the region and division.
- Partner and collaborate with other regional experts to drive uniformity and development of specialty across all regions.
- Assist local teams in the execution of growth strategies and actions necessary to achieve the strategic and annual operations plans.
- May participate in client development and pursuit activities.
- May assist in recruiting/interviewing potential key hires for positions.
- Develop/deliver training in area of expertise to offices in region.
- Provide technical support on projects as needed.
- Assist in the development of projects, business and clients.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects
- Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline practiced by the firm or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 12 years’ related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
- Professional License in area of specialty or discipline.
