General Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring a successful client experience from initial onboarding and set-up, assisting with technical issues, and ongoing client meetings. Troubleshoot system tickets and collaborate with technical team on bug fixes. A strong understanding of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and, ideally, experience in the Environmental, O&G, Rail, Telecom or Renewable Energy sectors. This knowledge will be crucial in helping us better understand and address the unique needs of our clients, ensuring that we can provide tailored solutions and insights. Your ability to navigate the intersection of these industries will enable us to support our customers more effectively and drive success in their projects.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Onboard and educate new clients on product features and functionality; set up goals the client wishes to accomplish with the product and set them up for success.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts. Maintain overall responsibility for managing the client relationship. Be responsible for product adoption, renewals, client satisfaction, and references on those accounts.
- Develop an account plan and recommendations for clients that outline their critical success factors and metrics for success.
- Identify top companies for upsell opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients from onboarding, training and technical support.
- Serve as a technical resource and support the sales team with all product demonstrations.
- Leads cross-functional team initiatives and helps provide oversight to CS team.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot client problems, improve processes and ensure client satisfaction by providing feedback to internal partners and accurately communicating business needs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, packaging company processes and products for clients and demonstrating to clients how the company can meet their specific needs and use cases.
- Understand which features, functionality or additional products may best suit each client; determine best opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Listen to clients and determine their wants and needs. Collect feedback on how to improve their experience with the product.
- Monitor and facilitate the client’s adoption of software features and functionality while providing partners with an understanding of their overall business needs as they relate to our products
- Have a high level of technical competency of all the software product(s) and be able to answer technical questions presented by clients.
- Drive cross-functional programs and initiatives to support scaling of the business and integrate the CS engagement processes with other teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve current reporting formats, processes and systems.
- Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ related experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.
- Proven competency with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) concepts and platforms preferably QGIS or ArcGIS required for some software solutions.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

The national standard salary range for this position is $72,400-$112,200. The base range may be adjusted based on the specific location of the applicant. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
