In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analysts. You will be responsible for the design, development, training, implementation, and administration of the CRM and marketing software support systems. This system is relied on to help track revenue forecasts and sales goals for the company. You will need to be an established leader who can partner with sales and marketing leaders to evolve how CRM can support the revenue goals of Terracon. Due to the scope of the role, we need someone who has experience implementing a CRM that supports marketing, sales, digital commerce, and voice of the customer; has the ability to establish protocols and processes across different sales channels, including digital, face-to-face, e-commerce as well as other sales channels.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute the vision and roadmap for CRM.
Facilitate the design and development of CRM training plans for client development/marketing professionals and CRM Champions. Provide necessary tools and assist in training their team.
Prioritize incoming enhancement requests from operations and lead the design and long-term strategy of Terracon’s Client Relationship Management system.
Drive CRM adoption by observing CRM usage trends
Manage the development and implementation of other systems to be integrated with CRM, gaining buy in from executive leadership.
Design and manage the implementation of integration of MS Dynamics CRM with other IT business systems and applications used in the company.
Understand the Terracon Pursuit Process and be able to lead a meeting, assign action items, and collaborate with team members on pursuit strategy.
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, branding or related degree and 10 years of related industry experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 14 years of related experience.
3+ years’ successful, recent, experience using a CRM system.
Experience with email marketing campaigns or marketing automation.
Strong interpersonal skills to build constructive relationships with other managers
Proficiency in change management.
A passion for delivering top-notch client experience.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
